Cuvée D'Schlànga
 

 
 Wine obtained from Roussanne and Viognier from a plot surrounded by trees located in the terroir of Tras le Puy in Roquemaure (sables and safres). The grapes were hand-picked in small crates and slowly pressed in whole bunches. Fermentation and storage on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Wine without fining or filtration and to which a little sulfur was added for bottling and storage (total sulfite: 0.02g/L).

 Adorned with a strong color, it can surprise with its unique aroma (more fermented than fruity notes). Once past this point, its pleasant salinity invades the palate as much as its deep fruit.
