Our summer rosé

Made from black grape varieties typical of the southern Rhône Valley, hand-picked into small crates and gently pressed as whole bunches. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with no added yeasts. Unfined and unfiltered, with just a little sulphur added at bottling (total sulphites < 0.03 g/L).
