Nique les Clones
100% old Cinsault vines full of freshness
Wine made from old Cinsault plots (three plots of 70 years, 50 years and 37 years). The grapes were picked by hand and macerated patiently in concrete vats. Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts. Short aging in large oak barrels. Wine without fining or filtration and to which a little sulfur was added for bottling and conservation (total sulfite: 0.03g/L).

These old Cinsault vines, apparently resistant to any form of cloning, have given birth to a paradoxically contemporary wine: lively, jovial (but not without substance), fundamentally digestible. Floral and as airy as its color, "Nique les Clones" is a crisp juice that should also be mandatory in restaurants, at ease in many cuisines.
