Made from red and white grapes picked by hand. The red grapes are pressed and given a long maceration with the white grapes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with no added yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered.
 
A living wine: it opens up with air and changes from one day to the next. Decant it, keep it cool, give it time.
